There isn't much information at the local library, but the internet has been so helpful.  Shelley is absolutely terrific!!!  Can I hire her as a consultant? I also have heard good things about Howard Cannon (who wrote the book I just read about starting a restaurant) and heard an interview that he did (http://www.startingabiz.com/starting-a-restaurant/) online. Anyone know which consultant I should choose?</description>
